This week I am not very inspired for cooking....
The meal plan for this week:
- Mon- Tilapia, potatoes, green peas
- Tues- Pasta with Tomato sauce and spinach
- Wed- Chicken Nuggets I use a recipe similar to this, except I make my own Italian Bread Crumbs and use melted coconut oil!
- Thurs-To inlaws
- Fri- Pizza
- Sat-

Spicy Black Bean Chili (Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker pg 65)I forgot to start this Sunday morning so instead we had Macaroni and Cheese, canned salmon, peas, carrot sticks
- Mon- Tilapia
- Tues- Black Bean Quesadillas
- Wed- Pasta with Tuna, Capers, Anchovies
- Thurs- Curried Potatoes (Vegetarian Family Cookbook pg 180)
- Fri- Leftovers
- Sat- To Inlaws
- Sun- Pizza
