Hi!
Another week has gone by. I had to go to Charlottetown yesterday to get some first aid training for work. It was good and I learned a lot.
This is what we ate last week:
- Thurs- K home from trip- not sure what we ate!
- Fri- Leftovers
- Sat- Shells and Cheese with hambuger, Raw Broccoli
- Sun- Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili (Vegetarian Family Cookbook), Tortilla chips
- Mon- Hard and Soft Tacos made with frozen cooked chicken
- Tues-Salmon and Broccoli with Thai Curry Sauce (for adults- plain for kids), Roasted Potatoes
- Wed- Mac & Cheese, Roasted Carrots and Beets (made by K)
