Hi!
It's my birthday, so that means we get to have take-out falafels for dinner! Plus SuperStore Birthday cake after! Yum! I've got a busy morning since I have to go get a new driver's license and license plate along with my regular shopping. And this afternoon I'm doing the storytime at the library for the pre-schoolers.
Here's this week's meal plan:
- Mon- Cheese filled pasta with sauce and chick peas and arugula
- Tues- Take-out- Falafels, hummous, etc.
- Wed- Creamy Corn Chowder (125 Best Vegetarian Slow Cooker Recipes pg 55)
- Thurs- Panfried Haddock, Leftover potatoes, Veg
- Fri-
PizzaLeftovers - Sat-
Frozen Peirogies, GreensPizza - Sun-
Slow CookerChili
