Hi!
Here's what we ate last week.
- Thursday- Creamy Chicken Curry and Crispy Chickpeas plus chicken fingers, broccoli and tortillas. K & I liked the curry, but the kids just thought it was ok.
- Fri- Frozen Pizza, Garlic Bread from Sub Buns, Caesar Salad
- Sat- Forgot what we ate today, but we had mashed potatoes with wasabi for adults and plain potatoes for kids with whatever it was! ;-) Update- we had a baked frozen trout that was caught by a friend of my FIL. It had the head on it and N wasn't too impressed!
- Sun- Jerk Chicken, Carrots & Turnips, Red Beans & Rice from mix (brought up by parents)
- Mon- K's Birthday!- Pretzel Buns (with 1/2 c. whole wheat flour), Two-ingredient Burgers (Chickpeas for me), Oven Baked Potatoes (from leftovers), Birthday Cake- white cake with mint icing
- Tues-Haystacks for kids, Burritos for Adults
- Wed- Frozen Tuna Noodle Casserole, Krispy Kale, Sweet Potato Fries
Halloween is tomorrow! :-)
