The week's going by fast! Yesterday was my birthday! I had a nice day.
Here's what we ate last week.
- Thurs- Curried Pasta with Carrots and Chickpeas (Vegetarian Family Cookbook pg 126)
- Fri- Anchovy & Pepperoni Pizza with Fresh dough from Store Bakery
- Sat- Out to Mill River Resort Restaurant for MIL's birthday
- Sun- Roast Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Frozen Mixed Veggies, Caesar Salad
- Mon- Ginger Soy Salmon, Swiss Chard, Spring Rolls, Leftover Rice
- Tues- Hamburgers, Potato Cakes (kinda based on that recipe), Green Salad
- Wed- Artichoke Pasta with spaghetti, Green Salad, French Bread, Cake for Dessert!
