I got all mixed up yesterday because I went to school for the bookfair until noon. Then I guess I was thinking it was Wed. because I just started working and forgot all about posting yesterday.
So, now I'm back from Toast and here's the menu for this week.
- Mon- Salmon, Smoky Cauliflower, Quinoa
- Tues- Sheperd's Pie (with leftover potatoes and frozen lentils), Green Beans
- Wed- Hamburger Nachos
- Thurs-
Enchiladas (with frozen mashed romano beans)Cheese Quesadillas, Tomato Soup - Fri-

- Wed- Canned Moshi Monsters Noodles (HH & DS out)

- Sat- Curry Vegetable Stew (Vegetarian Family Cookbook)
- Sun- Leftovers (Kids out)
