Hi!
It was a cold walk this morning! There was a risk of frost last night and the temp now is about 7C! I wore my long pants, jacket and gloves! Then I got hot coming back so I had to take off the jacket and gloves!
Today I have a lunch date with HH after my shopping!
This week's meal plan is:
- Mon-Frozen Macaroni with tuna and pesto (HH was gone, I wasn't sure kids would like it, but they did!)
- Tues- Panfried Haddock, potatoes, broccoli\
- Wed- Stir-fried veggies, Fried rice, Frozen egg rolls
- Thurs- Homemade Hamburger Helper
- Fri- Pizza
- Sat- Lentil Tortillas
- Sun- Frittata with Blueberry Muffins
Last year's plan:
- Mon- Haddock with potatoes
- Tues- Chickpea Curry Couscous
- Wed- Pimbap (not sure if this is Bibimbap?)
- Thurs- Pasta (meeting for me)
- Fri- Pizza
- Sat- Leftovers
- Sun- Tilapia, fried leftover potatoes, frozen corn (Hot day!)
This week's lunches:
- Mon- Lunchables (I know they're terrible, but once in a while they're ok, right? :-))
- Tues- DS- Cold Chicken Nuggets DD- Cheese raviolis in thermos
- Wed- School Garlic Fingers
- Thurs- DS- Strawberry Miniwheats DD- Cold Spinach Pizza
- Fri- No School! so probably Sandwiches or tuna and crackers
