- Wed- Jamaican Peas and Rice (World Vegetarian pg 48)
- Thurs-Salmon Cakes with
cilantro pesto(Eating Well March/April 2012 pg 55) - Fri- Pizza
- Sat-Leftovers
- Sun-Lobster for Mother's Day & BBQ Trout, Steak, Falafels, Hummous, Tabouli, Potato Salad,
- Mon- Grilled Cheese
- Tues-Trout and Potatoes
- Wed- Perogies
- Thurs- Pasta
- Fri- Corn, Tuna Cakes
- Sat- Tortilla Pizza
- Sun- Lobster at Inlaws with Falafels and Tabouli takeout (Mother's Day)
Also, along with the grass growing we've got dandelion greens coming up. I've never actually picked them from our yard to eat, but I bought some this winter for my daily green smoothie. I think I'll have to try some wild ones! :-)
