Here's our fixin's for the week.
- Thurs- New Year's Day- For Lunch- Cajun Black Eyed Peas, Frizzled Cabbage, Cheesy Grits
- Fri- Meat Pie from Bakery, Salad
- Sat- Home-made Pizza with Anchovies
- Sun- (More) Meat Pie, Mac & Cheese, Salad
- Mon- Whole Roasted Chicken (leftovers used for lunches) Japonica Rice, Spinach
- Tues- Haystacks with canned romano beans
- Wed- Frozen Pasta filled with spinach and cheese, Basil Sauce- some with hamburger
