Shed Stuff

Hi!

Our sunny weather has gone and we're expecting rain for the next 3-4 days. We even have a rainfall warning in effect!

I got some progress made on the shed before the rain.  Here it is now.

I bought some yellow mums (?) at 1/2 price- $10 for both.  I hope they'll last a little while.  My FIL cut down a tree and I snagged a stump to put the flowers on on the left side.  I thought I should get another one for the other side, as I do like symmetry, but K says he likes the non-symmetrical-ness of it, so it might stay this way  (unless there happens to be another stump at the in-laws... ;-)). Right now the righthand flowers are on a small upside down pot inside a bigger pot.

It was so overgrown that you couldn't see all the junk that was on the sides.

Here I've moved some of the junk in front of the shed.

Here's the shed in May after another cleanup.

It doesn't look too bad there!  How does it keep getting so messy? 

This is last year...

Here's a current wide shot with the driveway. 

And the plywood for the front porch gables!

 K has the miter saw on the front porch now.

Which means I got to clean out the front room closet! 

I also worked on taping up the vapor barrier in the master bath.  And getting the insulation put back up on the ceiling after it fell down this winter.
