We are having a lovely, sunny, cool spring day today. Here's what I plan on cooking the rest of the week.
- Monday- Rotini, Sauce, Kale Chips
- Tuesday- Black Beans, Fresh Fiddleheads picked and dropped off by FIL
- Wed- Celebration dinner for HH's MBA- BBQ Burgers, Tabouleh, BBQ Potatoes, Chocolate Cake
- Thurs- Honey Lime Chicken, Corn, Spinach & Chard
- Fri- Bagel Pizzas
- Sat- Leftovers (DS gone to birthday
sleep-overparty, DD at friends) - Sun-
Frozen Gumbo Base with Frozen Chicken & PastaPancakes
