I actually went shopping today without a plan for our meals this week! I looked at last year's plan, but wasn't really inspired. Here's a rough plan.
- Mon- Mac & Cheese, Cauliflower (Kids had dentist appt and we were home late...)
- Tues-
Chick peasFor adults- Brazilian Fish Stew with Cod & leftover veggies- green beans, cauliflower, snow peas, frozen broccoli; For kids- Frozen Fish Filets, Crudites- Broccoli, snow peas, carrots, radish; For all- Rice - Wed- Chicken- Baked Garlic Legs
- Thurs-
FishBean Burritoes with Black Refried Beans, Lettuce Salad - Friday- Leftovers
- Sat-
Frozen Spinach PizzaLobster dinner at In-laws - Sun- HH's Soup- Chicken (Gumbo-like) Soup, Hamburger in Lettuce Wraps
