Hi!
I'm a bit late with the Tasty Tuesday. We had another storm this week (which I'll post about later :-))
Here's what we're eating this week.
- Mon- Mac & Cheese (no power- cooked on kerosene heater!)
- Tues- Thai Curry Cod (for grown-ups) Plain Cod (for kids), Rice, Carrots
- Wed- Exotic Ginger Cumin Chickpeas (from the library book Great Food Fast- see recipe below)
- Thurs-Crunchy Baked Chicken Breast (again from GFF- based on fish burger recipe below, but I used Honey-Dijon Kettle chips, bread crumbs and crackers for coating!)
- Fri- Pizza
- Sat- Leftovers
- Sun- HH's Soup- Potato Chowder with celery and corn
I used chickpeas instead of chicken!
I used chicken instead of fish!
