Hi!
This week is Vacation Bible School. It runs M-F 9-11:30a.m. I'm helping out in the kitchen with snacks. Plus, my dad and stepmom arrive tomorrow for 3 weeks. We are looking forward to seeing them!
This week I have to cook for 2 extra. The meal plan is tentatively as follows:
- Mon- Frozen Chickpeas cooked in Moghlai Style (World Vegetarian pg 32), Cauliflower Garlic Saute, Green Beans
- Tues- Pesto Penne with Tuna (Chatelaine, Jan 2012)
- Wed-
Fast Beans and Vegetables (NYT 101 Quick Meals) Clam Chowder - Thurs-
Chicken, Potatoes, BeetsLeftover Pesto Penne, Mac & Cheese - Fri-
Pepperoni PizzaFam to Silver Fox, HH & I leftovers - Sat-
Pan fried Haddock, VegPizza - Sun-
Frozen Lentils, RiceChicken Soup with Biscuits

- Tues- Pasta, Salad- Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes
- Wed- Peirogies, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans
- Thurs- Pan Fried Haddock, Rice, Green Beans
- Fri- Pizza
- Sat- ?
- Sun- Burgers, Parmesan Roast Cauliflower
