How was your weekend? Ours was nice, and busy. I forgot to post Friday. (It was a day off school for the kids- plus I was busy re-doing N's room!)
Here's what we ate last week.
- Fri- My MIL came up and took the kids out to Kenny's dairy bar (K and I were working.)
- Sat- Homemade Anchovy pizza using Pizza yeast. I liked using this yeast, since we didn't have to let the dough rise. I made 2 thin crust pizzas with the recipe on the yeast package.
- Sun- Moroccan Salmon, Frozen Rice, Stewed Kohlrabi (World Vegetarian Cookbook)
- Mon-Frozen Chili, Microwaved Potatoes
- Tues- Canned Chicken Noodle Soup, Tuna Sandwiches (by K)
- Wed- Frozen Bowtie Pasta, Cream Cheese Sauce made with Stock, Milk, Dill and Peas, Leftover Salmon- I was surprised that the kids liked this, but they did. It was really fast to fix. I had taken the kids to the dentist and then C to dance so we got home about 5:30 and it was ready in about 15 minutes.
- Thurs- Ceasar Salad, Perogies, Kidney Beans
